SWAY Warranty Coverage:
SWAY is dedicated to offering superior quality pickleball paddles to our esteemed customers. We proudly back the excellence and craftsmanship of each paddle we sell. This warranty policy applies to all SWAY pickleball paddles purchased either directly from SWAY or through authorized dealers.
Warranty Duration:
The warranty for SWAY pickleball paddles is effective for 90 days from the date the paddle is received by the customer.
Warranty Claims:
If you encounter any issues with your SWAY pickleball paddle within the warranty period that you believe are due to a defect or damage, please undertake the following steps to file a warranty claim:
a. Contact Customer Support:

b. Provide Proof of Purchase:
Your warranty claim must include a copy of the original purchase receipt or the order number for verification.
c. Detail the Issue:
Describe the problem with your paddle in detail. Attach photos or videos if possible, to allow us to better assess the defect or damage.
Warranty Evaluation:
After receiving your claim, we will assess the reported issue to determine its eligibility under our warranty policy. This assessment may involve a physical inspection of the paddle or a review of the provided evidence.
Warranty Resolution:
Should we ascertain that the issue with your paddle is covered by our warranty, we will propose one of the following resolutions based on our discretion:
a. Replacement: We will substitute the faulty or damaged paddle with a new one of the same or similar design.
b. Store Credit: Alternatively, we might offer store credit equivalent to the value of the defective or damaged paddle, redeemable towards the purchase of any new paddle from SWAY.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not extend to damage or defects arising from:
- Regular wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or deliberate damage
- Alterations or modifications to the paddle
- Unauthorized repair attempts
- Exposure to extreme weather or environmental conditions
- Accidental damage, impacts, or improper storage
Return of the Damaged Paddle:
In cases of a warranty replacement, we may request the return of the defective or damaged paddle at our cost.
Disclaimer:
This document constitutes the only warranty provided by SWAY for its pickleball paddles, superseding any other express or implied warranties. SWAY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Governing Law:
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising under this warranty will be resolved in accordance with Californian law.
SWAY reserves the right to alter or update this warranty policy at our discretion and without prior notice.
